Job Description SummaryThe Lead Process Engineer will be responsible for the design, operation, and implementation of fixturing for additive hardware. In this role, the Lead Process Engineer will successfully industrialize processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, reduce cycle time, and enable additive complexity.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Fixturing, design and manufacturing of fixtures for subsequent processesAbrasive Flow, Heat Treat, and Functional TestingDevelop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through start up and certificationAsses processes, take measurements, interpret data, and document resultsEffectively communicate project outcomes to senior leadershipLead projects intended to design, run, test and upgrade systems and processesDevelop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve technology and processes related to additive post processing.Act in a supporting role for all other post processing operations.Develop and audit process specific work instructionsPerform risk assessments and implement abatementsProvide process documentation and operating instructions

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of design or manufacturing engineering experience)At least an additional 3 years of design or manufacturing engineering experience
