Project/Program Manager – Technical & Operational Initiatives


 

We are looking for a highly adaptable and proactive Project/Program Manager to join our Program Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will lead and support a variety of technical initiatives such as technical migrations, cloud adoption, and tooling rollouts - while also managing critical operational and administrative functions across the technology organization.

This is not a traditional PM role. We’re seeking someone who embraces the evolving nature of project management in the age of AI - someone who is curious, flexible, and ready to redefine the boundaries of the role.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and execute technical projects and programs across the organizationManage administrative and operational tasks such as workforce planning, headcount tracking, and performance metrics trackingOwn and maintain trackers and dashboards for organizational reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineering, product, HR, finance, and leadershipProactively identify gaps and take initiative to solve problems - even when they fall outside traditional PM scopeEmbrace and explore how AI and automation can reshape project management practicesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive reportingSupport contracts with vendors and suppliers by monitoring tasks and deliverablesSupport ad hoc initiatives that may not be strictly project-related but are critical to organizational success

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

4+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technology-driven environmentStrong organizational and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and reporting toolsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Rally)..Excellent communication skills in EnglishA flexible mindset and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities andsolve problems creativelyCuriosity and openness to evolving the PM role in the context of AI and automation
