Job Description:

This position oversees the general operation of their assigned department in the absence of the supervisor. The team member will be required to assist the supervisor with staffing and maintaining paperwork. The position is also responsible for communicating the needs and issues of team members to supervisors and to other team members. The Lead further assists team members whenever required and completes other duties as assigned. This position is responsible for completing preoperational inspection in assigned areas before releasing to production.

Job consists of cleaning and sanitizing production equipment. Requirements include; standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required. Lifting is required in many areas (weight depends on area.) These positions work in a wet, damp or hot, humid environment, and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces. All team members will be trained on cleaning solutions prior to starting job. Must be able to work in wet conditions, must be able to climb stairs and ladders, must be able to walk for long periods of time.
