Are you living your life's work? **Why Join Our Team?** The Pharmacy is staffed by registered pharmacists, certified pharmacy technicians, support staff, and four clinical pharmacists/full-time faculty members who are affiliated with the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. The Pharmacy staff provides all sterile intravenous product preparation and oral medications, drug information, and reviews all medication orders for appropriateness. The Pharmacy is completely computerized and has a state-of-the-art clean room to prepare sterilized medications. One of the department’s objectives is to educate the community and the hospital staff about pharmaceuticals. Through its affiliation with the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, the Department of Pharmacy Services serves as primary teaching site for pharmacy students and pharmacy residents. **Scheduling Requirements:** + Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** + Responsible for staffing, overseeing daily evening and overnight operations, to include but not limited to scheduling, personnel management, and shift transitions + Supervises and supports staff performance through setting goals, monitoring productivity, addressing performance issues, and contributing to evaluations. + Ensure compliance of all policy, procedures and regulatory agency requirements.
