About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Staff People Operations Specialist to drive efficiency and compliance within our global People Operations function. This multifaceted role will be instrumental in managing key projects related to technology implementation, automation initiatives, global compliance, system integrations, and policy management. You will be a key contributor in streamlining our HR processes, ensuring adherence to global regulations, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This role requires strong project management skills, a technical aptitude, and a passion for creating scalable and compliant HR solutions. The role will be required to support GMT timezone.
Responsibilities
+ Project Management for Special Projects: Lead and manage a variety of special projects within People Operations, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and successful execution.
+ Project Management for Automation: Identify, scope, and manage automation projects across HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce manual effort. This includes evaluating automation tools, collaborating with relevant teams, and overseeing implementation.
+ Global Compliance: Proactively identifying compliance requirements and implementing necessary processes and controls across all regions.
+ Global Entity Set Up: Manage the HR aspects of setting up new legal entities globally, including understanding local requirements, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and ensuring HR systems and processes are in place.
+ System Integrations: Lead and support HRIS and other HR technology system integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal functionality across platforms.
+ Policy Review & Management: Regularly review, update, and maintain global and local HR policies, ensuring they are legally compliant, consistently applied, and effectively communicated to employees.
+ Internal Intranet: Develop and maintain a comprehensive and well-organized HR knowledge base on internal intranet, ensuring easy access to policies, procedures, and relevant information for employees and HR team members.
+ HRIS Implementation & Optimization: Participate in the implementation of new HRIS modules or systems and drive the optimization of existing HR technology to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
+ ROW Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR-related vendors supporting our ROW employees, including payroll providers, benefits administrators, and other relevant service providers.
Qualifications
+ 6+ years of relevant work experience in a People Ops or HR Specialist role
+ Proven experience in project management, preferably within an HR context.
+ Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
+ Experience with HRIS systems
+ Familiarity with automation tools and a passion for leveraging AI and technology to improve HR efficiency.
+ Knowledge of global compliance requirements and experience implementing compliant HR processes across different regions.
+ Experience with global entity setup from an HR perspective is a plus.
+ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement solutions.
