Lead Payroll Administrator
As a Lead Payroll Administrator here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, implement best practices, and drive process improvements in payroll management. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support to the payroll team, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving payroll-related projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll operations. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations, ensuring that employees are paid correctly and on time. Your expertise will help streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities + Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements + Ensure compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and company policies + Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements + Manage relationships with external vendors and partners + Provide guidance and support to the payroll team + Generate reports and analyze payroll data for accuracy and compliance **YOU MUST HAVE** + Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience + Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role + Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations + Experience with payroll software and systems + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field + Professional certifications in payroll management + Exceptional leadership and people management skills + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong organizational and time management skills + Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive process enhancements Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
