We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Partner Manager for the Japan region. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving business growth through building and managing strategic partnerships and alliances. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management within the finance or technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
The core responsibility of this role is to strategically develop and manage the alliance, with a key focus on generating new business opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.
Identify and evaluate potential partners and alliances that align with Kyriba’s strategic objectives in the Japan markets.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and enhance Kyriba's product offerings.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners in the region, ensuring aligned goals and mutual success.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Develop and implement regional partnership strategies that align with market needs and Kyriba's business objectives.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal and peers in the global team to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
Communicate partnership strategies and initiatives to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Performance and Reporting:
Set and monitor KPIs to measure the performance and success of partnerships and alliances.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to senior management on partnership activities, performance, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (8+ years) in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles, preferably in the finance or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the finance and technology landscapes in Japan.
Excellent strategic thinking, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
Fluency in English and Native level Japanese.
Outstanding presentation skills with a proven ability to influence C-suite executives and partner leadership.
