Lead Operator – Pet Food Manufacturing

2nd Shift | 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM | $18.00/hour

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Operator to join our Automation Assortment Department. In this role, you’ll operate and set up automated machinery, ensure product quality, oversee sorting processes, and lead a small team to meet production goals.

What You’ll Do:

Operate, monitor, and set up automated equipmentPerform quality checks and oversee sortingTrain, guide, and support teammatesMaintain a safe and efficient work environmentTroubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues


Work Experience

What We’re Looking For:

Previous lead/supervisory experience in manufacturingMachine automation and operation experienceGED or High School DiplomaStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
