Responsibilities:\n\nRetrieve and distribute incoming mail and packages.\nProcess outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.\nMaintain supply inventory for shipping and office needs.\nHandle requests for printing, copying, scanning, and binding.\nProvide first-level triage and Key Op services for printer management.\nAssist with other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.\n\n
Qualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required.\n1–2 years of experience in mailroom, print services, or office support operations.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and push\/pull carts as needed.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nExcellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.\nDetail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential materials appropriately.\n
