Lead and provide service desk support to our end usersBe on call for severe problems, lead the determination and resolutionIncident Management -Error Monitoring and Triage (internally and externally)Standard Service Management -Security administration -Application Configuration (WH, users, location, etc.)Operational Activity Management -Performance Monitoring, Monitoring of Database Connectivity Issues, Data ReprocessingKnowledge Management, User training and functional support – on user errors to fix the process. Knowledge documentation (KBAs)Ecolab Infrastructure Support (Warehouse connections, local printers, handhelds, etc.)Use analytical skills to determine problems and recommend/make correctionsCreates and modifies production code to resolve issues via our SDLC processWork with the Ecolab development teams on fixes and new featuresUse your senior level development skills in SQL Architect and Page Editor to improve our Infios solution capability or stabilityMinimum Qualifications:
8 years of supporting Koerber implementations, users and development teams8 years of experience with Koerber WMS configuration, testing and development (SQL, Architect and Page Editor)6 years of experience with SQL Development in complex processes3 years of experience with Architect and Page Editor3 years’ experience within a global ERP Systems environment or ITExperience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely mannerBachelor’s Degree in IT, or related disciplineExcellent functional knowledge of supply chain and warehousing processesNo immigration sponsorship available for this positionPreferred Qualifications / Skills:
Experience with ERP systems and WMS industry. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
