Job Skills / Requirements Job Skills/Requirements We are looking for a Lead Officer with strong managerial skills. The Lead Officer will manage up to three employees at once and must have strong organizational skills. Lead Officer must lead by example at all times. Problem-solving comes naturally to Lead Officer. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve the issue at hand. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries, provide assistance to the officers on the shift, fill openings if needed, and possess basic report writing skills.
