Global Product Manager Secondary (flexible location/location: Global)

Location
This role is open globally, preferred countries are Norway, China and Italy. The work model is hybrid. #LI-hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Lead Product Management for the Secondary segment within the Switchgear business line.Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation.Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.Several years of experience in product management or related roles in the electrical industry.Strong analytical skills, market understanding, and communication abilities.Proven leadership experience and ability to develop teams.Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate needs into product improvements.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
