YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate the business strategy into talent, culture, change and org. effectiveness agenda as an active member of the site management team and PS HR communityExecute the site people strategy according to the global / regional frameworkAdvise, coach, co-create, and challenge site leadership team members and other critical positions to continue to advance the capability and competitiveness of the siteAs part of a flexible & agile team, participate and lead large and/or complex transformation initiatives (DSO) creating solutions responding to changing business needs in cooperation with the Site Leadershipteam, HR Business Partners, global Stakeholders, etc.Take full ownership of the complete HR portfolio within the Grenzach site, incl. vocational training & traineesIdentify and execute talent management strategy on site level by fostering an inclusive mindset aiming for an accelerated development of top talent pools in leadership roles,including developing successors for critical roles, career mapping for key talent, upskilling identification and identification and development of key capabilities to close gapDrive a positive organizational culture and ensure employee engagement and satisfaction including managing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talentProactively maintain and understand internal trends (data insights) and external market dynamics to deliver impactful solutionsShare best practices with global/regional partners and country HR CommunityMaintain sustainable and trustful relationships with local works council representatives and ensure fairness and respect regarding all people topics including critical individual employee cases like compliance and separationLead the Public Relations strategy to enhance the company´s brand and reputationCreate and oversee communication strategies, including press releases, social media, and internal communications as well as coordination of the site's central services (canteen, occupational health, etc.)
WHO YOU ARE
University degree with several years of relevant (HR) experience in a global multinational organization, international experience is a strong advantageKnowledge of German labor lawBroad understanding of business strategy, drivers, challenges, and opportunities of a production siteProfound Understanding of financial impacts derived from HR decisionsPassionate personality who builds sustainable relationships across all levels of the organizationStrong collaborator and networker with a variety of diverse stakeholders and across different levels of the organizationStrong interpersonal skills incl. communicating with impact, influencing, challenging, political savviness, conflict resolution, consulting, and coachingAbility to work in ambiguous situations cross-functionallyStrong outcome/solution orientation as well as ability to focus on relevant things which drive valueStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesCompetence and willingness to leverage digital technology and data to interpret and generate insights and improve performanceFluent in English and GermanYOUR APPLICATION
