About the role: The Lead of EU DR Trading support will be responsible of overseeing the EU DR administrative activities for a defined list of Third party suppliers of Cocoa products and ingredients. She/He will report to the Regional Combined Ratio Manager WE and dotted to the Director Oils&Fats Europe. Key responsibilities: + The Lead of EU DR Trading support leads her/his team inrunning the annual supplier risk assessmentsfor suppliers attributed to the team and oversee the timely completion of the annual process: o Ensure launch of supplier risk assessments for all suppliers in scope o Guide the team in relevant document, sign off and data requests o Support the team in Supplier interaction and follow ups o Ensure effective collaboration with other BC functions such as Responsible Sourcing team to allow timely completion of the annual assessments o Ensure communication of Supplier risk assessment result to respective Sourcing team + The Lead of EU DR Trading support is responsible together with her/his team for thetimely upload of all polygons, farmer, DDS and batch datathat are provided by Third party suppliers to BC before contracting and shipment/arrival of goods: o Manage data processing backlog and distribution of workload within the team o Guide the team in data quality assessment before data uploads o Oversee the actual upload of data o Support the team in Supplier interaction and follow ups o Ensure effective collaboration with other BC functions such as Thriving Nature team to allow timely deforestation assessments + The Lead of EU DR Trading support is in charge ofconfirming to Third party suppliers EU DR readiness for planned shipments/deliveriesto BC premises o Oversee the outcome of EU DR batch assessments o Ensure communication of EU DR batch assessment result to Suppliers and respective Sourcing team o Ensure effective collaboration with other BC functions such as Supply Chain Western Europe and factory teams to allow timely processing of shipments and deliveries as well as goods receipt at factories o Manage exception handling at shipment/goods arrival + The Lead of EU DR Trading support issupporting together with her/his team - on request - the Regional Combined Ratio WE team o Manage document collection and support commercial assessment for the Supplier Approval Process o Collect and analyze data for Supplier Evaluation process o Coordinate and support the handling of non-conformity process o Support administration of Sourcing contracts o Ensure effective collaboration with other BC functions such as Global Supplier quality team to timely approve and evaluate suppliers About You: + 3-5 years’ experience in any role related to the supply chain, cocoa market will be an added advantage + At least 2 years of experience in leading a team + Knowledge of analytical/statistical software (advanced Excel, SQL) + Experience working with opensource formats like geojson, geopackages, etc. + Experience with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS) is a plus + Git experience and knowledge would be appreciated. + Experience in using and reporting from SAP and other databases, experience in database design a plus + Good knowledge in data management and to manage large data + Proficiency in MS Office application + Strong analytical and critical skills to ensure excellence in data and consistency in KPI reporting + Experience with designing or working in sustainable KPI frameworks + Independence and quick learning ability + Ability to explain complex reporting processes to end users with strong coaching and training skills + Experience in cocoa or other tropical commodities is a real plus + Experience with small holder agricultural empowerment programs will be a plus + Fluent English, French and/or Spanish will be a plus We offer: + Employment on a regular basis in the sweetest company in the world. + Annual bonus based on your work results. + Lunch card to be used for groceries and restaurants. + Private medical care in Lux Med (basic package fully financed by BC). + Fit Profit sports card co-financed by BC. + PPE: we care about your future, and we save money for your retirement. + Cafeteria Program as a part of Social Fund. + Group life insurance. + Hybrid working model: min. 8 days in the office a month. + As part of our work-life balance culture, we can start work between 7 am and 10 am. + Free consultation with a lawyer once a quarter. + Chocolate!
