Responsibilities:

•                      Firewall Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls including policies, NAT, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), and threat prevention.

•                      Network Infrastructure: Manage and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switching and routing (L2/L3), VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP.

•                      Wireless: Deploy and maintain enterprise wireless networks using Aruba, fortinet or similar platforms. Troubleshoot coverage and connectivity issues.

•                      Load Balancing: Configure and manage load balancers for application availability, traffic distribution, and SSL offloading.

•                      Proxy Management: Deploy and maintain proxy solutions for secure web access, URL filtering, and logging.

•                      Security Operations:

·                 Perform vulnerability assessments and ensure timely vulnerability fixes and patching of network and security devices.

·                 Assist in security incident response, log analysis, and remediation.

•                      Upgrades & Maintenance: Plan and execute firmware and software upgrades for network and security devices in compliance with change management processes.

•                      Monitoring: Knowledge on network and security monitoring tools for real-time performance and ing.

•                      ITSM Process Adherence:

·                 Incident Management: Respond to and resolve network/security incidents promptly.

·                 Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis and apply permanent solutions.

·                 Change Management: Follow formal change control procedures for all infrastructure changes.

•                      Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for network diagrams, device configurations, incidents, and changes.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

•             Experience in network and security operations.

•             Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewall platforms.

•             Strong knowledge of switching, routing, and wireless networking.

•             Experience with cloud platform like AWS, OCI, etc

•             Experience with vulnerability management and security patching.

•             Familiar with ITIL/ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management).

•             Proficient with monitoring and logging tools.

•             Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

•             Preferred Certifications: CCNP, Fortinet NSE4, ITIL Foundation.
