Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Network Engineer in Holyoke, MA. This role is hybrid. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide network expertise on projects as a Lead Network Engineer to architect, document, implement and oversee key IT initiatives, across multiple regions, data centers and mixed vendor technologies * Assess organizational needs and make recommendations to influence the technical direction of the team and organization, promoting efficiency, reliability, excellence, and continuous improvement * Lead Network Engineer will manage network policy changes using change management workflows and GitOps * Lead incident investigations, diagnosis and service restoration of emerging network issues * Conduct reviews of network systems to proactively identify problems and design, pitch, implement, and lead technical solutions * Consider Application state in relation to network infrastructure, while being able to advocate and explain mission to various levels of technical audiences
