**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Lead Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor** to join our team! In this role you will get to lead, structure, and execute strategic mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture **s** that support the investment and economic development goals of JCPDI . The role is responsible for the valuation of JCPDI Investment Opportunities, Identifying and sourcing appropriate Investors for these opportunities, negotiating and structuring the Investment Deals, Terms & Conditions managing end-to-end Investment transaction processes, and advising senior leadership on deal strategy, valuation, and risk—while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and long-term development priorities. .
Reports to the Director, Investment Development Department of the Royal Commission in Jazan. Will be directly involved in briefing senior Royal Commission Management and representing the Royal Commission at high-level meetings and consultation with other Government organizations, private sector investors and industry stakeholders.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture opportunities
+ Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation for potential transactions
+ Develop investment strategies aligned with the JCPDIs economic development objectives
+ Manage end-to-end deal processes, including due diligence, negotiations, and closing
+ Structure joint venture agreements, shareholder frameworks, and partnership terms
+ Liaise with internal legal, policy, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
+ Advise executive leadership on market trends, risks, and strategic investment options
+ Build and maintain relationships with investors, corporate partners, and financial institutions
+ Prepare high-level investment memos, presentations, and decision-support documents
+ Oversee integration planning and performance tracking of completed transactions
+ Support FDI promotion and public-private investment initiatives
+ Mentor junior team members and contribute to capacity building within the division
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
+ Additional training or certification in M&A, corporate law, or investment strategy is an asset.
+ 15 years of professional experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic advisory roles.
+ Proven track record of leading complex, high-value cross-border transactions, including structuring and negotiating joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and strategic partnerships.
+ Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, risk analysis, and deal execution.
+ Strong understanding of foreign direct investment (FDI), public-private partnerships (PPP), and investment promotion, ideally within special economic zones, sovereign wealth funds, or government-led development programs
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to international investments and economic development projects
