Purpose\:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Our team includes world-class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Oakville, Ontario.
To support the Mechanical Engineering team with design and engineering work for studies and projects within the mining, metals, and minerals (MMM) sector. The candidate will be based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and work under the supervision of the discipline lead and will work well with the rest of the project team and customer.
Self-motivated individuals with a desire to solve complex engineering problems, show effective team leadership and communication skills will be ideally suitable for this role. Candidate must be present in the Worley office 4 days a week.

Technical and Industry Experience\:
Self-starters and highly motivated individuals looking for career growth opportunities. Senior level experience in working in the mining industry and with mining equipment (above and below ground). Ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines. Working with other disciplines, understanding engineering sequence, workflow and working with the customer on design reviews. Working knowledge in all the relevant standards.Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training\:
Required\:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an intermediate to senior-level relevant Mining experience. Must be registered with EGBC as a Professional Engineer and have a PEng.
