What will I be doing?As a Lead Therapist, you would be responsible for performing massages and/or body treatments for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Perform facials, manicures, pedicures, massage and/or body treatmentsConduct training/onboarding for new therapistInput therapist schedules into Unifocus and B4T platformsBalance bookings daily as neededUtilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and productsMaintain organization and cleanliness of work area
