The Lead Manufacturing Manager - Shipping/Receiving/Stockroom is responsible for managing stockroom operations, inventory, and material flow within a manufacturing environment. This role involves overseeing a team of salaried and hourly employees, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and stockroom processes, and coordinating the release of materials into production.
Success in this position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with proven experience in warehouse and inventory management in a manufacturing setting.

Roles and Responsibilities
Ordering and maintaining stock levels for required expendable packaging materials and other services related to procurement and shipping of goodsAccuracy of RAW inventory counts including lot/serialization and cycle count practicesStorage and disbursement of material including chemicalsCoordinating the management of short shelf-life material with a VMI systemLead and manage a team of salaried and hourly employees in shipping, receiving, and stockroom operationsDirect warehouse operations to receive, classify, and stock incoming goodsThis includes ERP updating, managing stocking strategy, completing work order picks in a timely manner, and processing dispositioned materialEnsure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team membersWork in a cross-functional team to support production operations, identify issues, and implement corrective action/sustainable solutions The role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC), with safety being the top priorityRequired Qualifications
