**Job Description Summary** This role is a vital connection and interface between Engineering, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Customer facing organizations focused on new product introduction (NPI) execution, and delivery. The main focus of this role will be T901 engine hardware production readiness and cost attainment to meet Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) program targets and to prepare T901 hardware for low-rate production ramp. This role focuses on T901 engine hardware production readiness and cost attainment to meet Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) program targets, while preparing hardware for low-rate production ramp. This is a full-time position based in Lynn, MA, with exposure to other NPI and technical demonstrator programs as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide leadership for assigned NPI hardware, including technical, cost, delivery, and quality. + Support the definition of overall program plans and translate them into requirements and milestones to meet delivery and cost targets. + Serve as a manufacturing representative for PCB, Tollgate, and Technical reviews for assigned hardware. + Use analytical thinking and experience to execute GE Aerospace policy and strategy. + Develop a multi-year production ramp roadmap to enable delivery to program and business targets. + Prioritize information for decision-making and use multiple internal and external sources to arrive at solutions, decisions, and recommendations. + Lead small projects with lower risk and resource requirements, while fostering team consensus and conveying performance expectations. **The Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex projects and driving results. They thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or program management. + Proven ability to manage technical, cost, delivery, and quality aspects of hardware programs. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with T901 engine hardware or similar aerospace programs. + Familiarity with GE Aerospace policies and strategies. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose solutions outside of set parameters. **Additional Information:** + Scheduled weekly hours: 40 hours. + Primary location: Lynn, MA, with additional support for Evendale, OH as needed. + Background and drug screening required. + Physical requirements: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. **Closing:** Join GE Aerospace and be part of a team that is shaping the future of aviation.
