Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver processes as part of a manufacturing engineering teamDefine and control production process including tooling and equipmentValidate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipmentProgram CNC machines, automated processes, and roboticsDevelop new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizationsWork together with business leadership (business leaders, plant leaders, etc.)Specify needs, communicate about project approach, and present outcomes of research doneWork directly with production employees and on cross functional teamsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing and/or engineering experience) + a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing and/or engineering experienceDesired Characteristics:
