Our client, a fast-growing company in the nutrition industry, is seeking a Lead Maintenance Machine Technician to join their team. As a Lead Maintenance Machine Technician, you will be part of the operations supporting the Mabel facility. The ideal candidate will have a desire for personal growth, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for LEAN and continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Maintenance Machine Technician

Location: Onsite at Mabel, MN

Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience

What's the Job?

Lead the production line and ensure efficient operations. Operate and maintain high-speed automated equipment. Act as a Process Engineer for new solutions. Support ground-up development by learning from the ground floor operator positions. Work closely with leaders to refine processes and build a healthy team culture.

What's Needed?

Strong fabrication skills and maintenance experience. Welding experience and mechanical aptitude. Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Desire for personal growth and impact. Extreme ownership of projects and outcomes.
