A Lead Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of the maintenance team and responding to all enquiries promptly to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nAssist in the daily supervision of maintenance team\nAssist in the implementation of all company statutory and legal requirements including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and all local by-laws\nLiaise with Housekeeping to coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities\nRespond to all enquiries promptly\nCarry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs\nMaintain the green areas and car parks when applicable\nFollow planned preventative maintenance programmes\nEnsure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors\nEnsure energy conservation initiatives are implemented\nFollow C.O.S.H.H regulations, in particular the storage of hazardous substances\nAssist in the training and development of the maintenance team\n\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\n\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nExcellent grooming standards\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nAbility to work on their own or in teams\n\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nPrevious maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing or painting and decorating\nRelevant qualifications for the role\n\n\n
