About the role As a Lead IT Support Analyst you will make an impact by Leading the technical team in managing and resolving incidents efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.You will be a valued member of the Healthcare team and work collaboratively with with cross-functional teams **In this role, you will:** · Led incident management efforts to reduce downtime and keep operations running smoothly. · Managed Service Desk and ServiceNow usage to ensure fast, effective tech support. · Applied best practices in Windows administration for secure, high-performance systems. · Drove continuous improvements through trend analysis and proactive problem-solving. · Collaborated across teams to align IT services with business goals. **Work model:** We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring some days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Homer Glen – IL. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **What you need to have to be considered** · Expertise in Incident Management, Service Desk operations, and the ServiceNow platform This trio is at the heart of operational stability and efficient issue resolution. · Proficiency in Windows system administration and troubleshooting Essential for maintaining system security, performance, and rapid technical support. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills Crucial for leading teams, collaborating across departments, and ensuring user satisfaction. · Understanding of the Provider domain (with Payer domain experience as a plus) Adds domain-specific value, enabling more tailored and relevant IT services. · Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, improvement-oriented approach Reflects a commitment to service quality and continuous operational enhancement. **These will help you stand out** · Experience in the Payer domain · Ability to work in a hybrid model with travel flexibility · Strong documentation skills · Team training and mentoring experience · Vendor management proficiency We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. The annual salary for this position is between $37,804 to $74,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
