Job Title: Lead IT (Salesforce) Architect
Job Description Overview:
The Senior Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of an organization. The role requires advanced expertise in the Salesforce platform, specifically in CRM Sales Cloud. The architect will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design of Salesforce architecture tailored for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability and high performance.
· Create comprehensive architecture diagrams and technical specifications to guide development and integration efforts.
· Lead and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services.
· Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate Salesforce capabilities and gather feedback.
· Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers and team members to foster growth and ensure adherence to platform standards.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to Salesforce implementations.
· Develop and maintain documentation for architecture decisions, system configurations, and integration processes.
· Ensure compliance with relevant data security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
· Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to ensure the organization leverages the latest capabilities.
· Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in Salesforce architecture with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, APIs, and development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components). Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
