**Job Description:**
The Manager, Americas Investigator role reports directly to the Director, Case Management & Investigations and is responsible for managing comprehensive, objective, and timely investigations of alleged misconduct, as part of the internal Investigations team within the DXC Integrity organization. The Manager, Americas Investigator will lead all facets of the investigative process, from review and evaluation of the initial complaint through issuance of the final investigative report. Investigations are conducted throughout North and South America.
**Key Responsibilities include:**
+ Lead internal investigations throughout North and South America, ensuring that all aspects of the investigations are conducted in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures, guidance and local laws.
+ Conduct witness and subject interviews, review and analyze internal data and documentation, and prepare professionally written investigative reports that are clear and concisely convey the investigation findings.
+ Prioritize multiple investigations, investigative tasks, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining positive collaborative relations with business stakeholders.
+ Work closely with internal stakeholders where appropriate such as DXC Resiliency, Human Resources, Employment Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, IT Security and Supply Chain.
+ Travel when required to conduct critical interviews.
**Specific Background & Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field of study. Legal training or degree is preferred but not required.
+ Minimum of 7 years of professional training and experience in conducting complex private sector and/or law enforcement investigations, including extensive interviewing experience, is required.
+ Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
+ Ability to manage complex investigations.
+ General knowledge and understanding of compliance-related guidelines, data privacy regulations pertaining to the handling of personal data, and criminal and civil procedure.
+ Ability to quickly identify key investigative issues, combined with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive investigation plan.
+ Developed ability to analyze disparate data to draw conclusions.
+ Proven ability to work in varying situations, from a team player approach to situations in which independence and self-motivation, is essential.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of individuals from multiple countries within the Americas, with diverse backgrounds and varying levels within the corporate structure.
+ Excellent writing and interpersonal skills are a must.
+ Strong organizational skills, time management and planning. Able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
+ Sound, proven ethical judgment.
+ Experience with online case management of investigations.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other productivity and collaboration tools.
