What You’ll Be Doing + Lead and supervise installation teams on commercial security system projects. + Install, terminate, configure, and test systems including: + Access Control + + CCTV & IP Cameras + Intrusion Systems + Video Analytics & Visitor Management + Manage project tracking, quality control, and customer satisfaction. + Provide remote diagnostics and technical support. + Interact directly with clients and ensure smooth project execution. + Work independently and guide installers or helpers on-site. Must-Have Skills & Experience + ✅ 3+ years of experience installing and programming commercial access control, IP video, and intrusion systems. + ✅ 3+ years of experience leading projects and supervising teams. + ✅ Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. + ✅ Practical experience with IP networks and remote troubleshooting. + ✅ Ability to read blueprints and manage job sites independently.
