Security 101 is seeking a Lead Installation Technician to spearhead enterprise-level security system installations across Jacksonville. What You’ll Do + Lead and manage installation teams on-site for commercial security systems. + Install, terminate, configure, and test systems including CCTV, access control, IP cameras, intrusion systems, and video analytics. + Provide remote diagnostics and customer support with professionalism. + Oversee project tracking, quality control, and customer satisfaction. + Work independently and interact directly with clients in hospitals, schools, county buildings, warehouses, and commercial sites. Must-Have Skills & Experience + ✅ 3+ years installing, servicing, and programming commercial access control, IP video, and intrusion systems. + ✅ 3+ years as a project lead with supervisory responsibilities. + ✅ Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. + ✅ Hands-on experience with IP networks and remote system support. + ✅ Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
