**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt support and high levels of customer satisfaction
+ Collaborate closely with Global Product Surveillance (GPS), Global Service Part Operations (GSPO), and Service Operations to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
+ Lead initiatives to improve product quality, streamline maintenance processes, and support the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPIs).
+ Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and regulatory standards.
+ Demonstrate knowledge and experience with ultrasound devices.
+ Utilize high-level business English skills in communication and documentation.
+ Possess a strong engineering background to support technical decision-making.
+ Apply data analytics skills using tools such as Microsoft Excel, VBA, and other relevant platforms.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and related software environments.
**Quality & Compliance Responsibilities:**
+ Adhere to GE HealthCare’s Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements.
+ Complete all required Quality and Compliance training on time.
+ Identify and escalate quality or compliance concerns promptly.
+ Ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met before approving design outputs or deliverables.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Familiarity with Ultrasound systems or other medical imaging technologies.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
+ Passion for data integrity and continuous process improvement.
