This role provides extensive cross-functional exposure and requires close collaboration with global teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence **Job Description** **[HR Talk]** GE HealthCare 성남 초음파 연구 개발 센터에서 엔지니어를 채용합니다. 주로 고객의 요청사항을 해결하고 제품 품질을 향상시키며 시스템 문제를 해결하는데 핵심적인 역할을 담당합니다. 3년이상의 유관 업무 경험이 있으신분을 우대하며 글로벌팀과 긴빌한 커뮤니케이션이 필요하여 영어가 원활하신 후보자를 선호합니다. **Key Responsibilities:** + Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt support and high levels of customer satisfaction + Collaborate closely with Global Product Surveillance (GPS), Global Service Part Operations (GSPO), and Service Operations to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. + Lead initiatives to improve product quality, streamline maintenance processes, and support the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPIs). + Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and regulatory standards. + Demonstrate knowledge and experience with ultrasound devices. + Utilize high-level business English skills in communication and documentation. + Possess a strong engineering background to support technical decision-making. + Apply data analytics skills using tools such as Microsoft Excel, VBA, and other relevant platforms. + Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and related software environments. **Quality & Compliance Responsibilities:** + Adhere to GE HealthCare’s Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements. + Complete all required Quality and Compliance training on time. + Identify and escalate quality or compliance concerns promptly. + Ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met before approving design outputs or deliverables. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software Engineering or equivalent experience. + Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with Ultrasound systems or other medical imaging technologies. + Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. + Passion for data integrity and continuous process improvement. **Inclusion and Diversity** GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
