Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is seeking a Lead Information Technology Chief of Staff to support our Enterprise AI and Data (EAI&D) division in Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; Hazelwood, MO; or Seattle, WA.

This role will work closely with the Directors, and EAI&D Lead to build and enhance organizational operational integration with a strategic focus.


The Lead position is a challenging leadership development position requiring versatility and resilience. The ideal candidate will possess the technical acumen required for this role while also having a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, and the ability to lead initiatives across IDT&S to achieve positive results.

In this high-visibility role, this Lead will report to the Business Operations Senior Manager supporting the EAI&D organization and will provide direct support to the Directors in the EAI&D organization, while partnering with the Strategy and Business Operations (SBO) team to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Position Responsibilities:

Ability to build and gain trust across the immediate team and associated stakeholders

Collaborate with the Directors within EAI&D to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the goals of IDT&S

Build and maintain operational rhythms, including regular meetings, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure alignment and accountability across teams

Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of key projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices

Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Support the Directors in preparing materials for executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and strategic documents

Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic priorities

Demonstrate versatility and resilience in navigating challenges and adapting to changing business needs

Drives actions to completion related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

5+ years of experience working in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent technical field

5+ years of experience supporting senior level executives

5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

5+ years of experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members

Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

Ability to travel up to 5% as required

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in Program Management, IT, risk and compliance, and finance

Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

Experience with clear communication and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to create an environment of inclusion, transparency and trust

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $117,300 - $170,200
