Lead Information Security Analyst - IAM

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst. This role is an individual contributor position that's part of a team responsible for the assessment and adoption of Information Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls related to non-human service account management.   As a Lead Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with technology teams to properly identify, inventory, and enable automated credential management solutions utilizing approved credential management solutions (CyberArk) . 


In this role, you will:

Partner with technology teams to safely store sensitive identity/credentials in approved vaulting solutionsExecute established processes for vaulting identities/credentials in vaulting applicationsProvide oversight on manual credential management processes throughout the enterpriseServe as a subject matter expert and guide technology teams to configure applications to systematically retrieve credentials from approved solutionsDevelop requirements for compliance and operational metrics to measure the overall health of the non-human identity programMaintain an advanced awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information securityFormulate and implement information security solutions and controlsMake decisions and resolve issues regarding changes to information security policy, standards, and procedures as needed for systems, applications, and toolProvide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediationProvide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategiesAct as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actionsConsult the organization on complex security issues and findingsManage the most complex and critical information assetsEvaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information securityServe as information security lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and AwarenessCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects and teamsServe as a mentor to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications, US:

5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience2+ years of process improvement experience


Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience with industry standard credential management solutions (CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, etc)2+ years of information security architectural design and consulting experienceExperience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organizationStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentExperience with synthesizing data from multiple sources and presenting it in appropriate formatsKnowledge and understanding of information security management, audit, compliance and risk.Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry: compliance, risk management or audit operationsKnowledge Information Security Frameworks and standards (FFIEC, NIST, ISO) experienceKnowledge of Microsoft office stools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word

Job Expectations:

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
