We are seeking an experienced Informatica ETL Specialist to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of high-performance ETL solutions using **Informatica Cloud (CDI & CAI)** . The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working with data transformation tools, databases, and enterprise applications, with a strong focus on **integration, cloud environments, and real-time solutions** . You will play a critical role in shaping the data integration strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless exchange of data between multiple applications such as **SAP** , **Salesforce** , **Callidus Cloud** , **SQL/Oracle Databases** , and various cloud based applications. **Key Responsibilities** + **Design, Develop, and Optimize ETL Solutions** : Lead the creation, development, and enhancement of ETL solutions using Informatica Cloud (CDI & CAI) , ensuring high-quality data flows and performance. + **Requirements Gathering** : Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements for data transformations across various enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Callidus Cloud, SQL and Snowflake Database. + **Cloud Integration** : Provide first and second-level support for real-time app and API integrations within **Informatica Cloud (CDI & CAI)** , particularly for **eCommerce** and **Pro Portal** applications. + **Leadership and Oversight** : Provide direct oversight to contractors and other team members involved in developing and enhancing ETL solutions. Ensure consistency in coding standards, reusable components, and adherence to best practices. + **Technical Documentation** : Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ETL workflows, including system design, data mapping, transformation logic, and user guides. + **Collaboration & Communication** : Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on integration strategies and deliverables. Serve as a liaison to stakeholders regarding system functionality, data mapping, and dependencies. + **Design and Specifications** : Contribute to the creation of functional and system design specifications for new development projects, ensuring alignment with business needs. + **Business Advisory** : Provide subject-matter expertise and advice to business users on the effective use of data integrations, application functionalities, and the optimal load frequencies based on business requirements. **Qualifications** **You Must Have:** + **5-8 years of application development and implementation** experience in medium to large-scale enterprise environments. + **4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud (CDI & CAI)** for ETL processes, with expertise in designing and developing ETL pipelines. + 4+ years experience working with **enterprise applications** , including **SAP** , **Salesforce** , **SQL** , **Snowflake** , and cloud-based solutions. + **3+ years of database design and administration** experience, preferably with **SQL Server** and **Snowflake** . **We Value:** + Proven track record of working in **cloud environments** , particularly for **real-time integrations** and **API-based workflows** . + Strong understanding of **data integration techniques** and **data transformation logic** . + Exceptional **consultative skills** , with the ability to engage business stakeholders in defining technical requirements and deliverables. + Demonstrated **project management capabilities** , with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. + Strong **verbal and written communication skills** , with the ability to communicate effectively across global teams. + **Self-motivated** and able to work independently, as well as within a collaborative team environment. \#LI-JR2 Resideo is a leading global provider of critical comfort and security solutions primarily in residential environments and distributor of low-voltage electronic and security products.
