Responsibilities: Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants, promoting cognitive and social development. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants to explore and learn. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. Facilitate engaging activities that promote sensory exploration and motor skills. Support and mentor assistant teachers in daily classroom activities. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills. Requirements: Must have an associates degree in Early Childhood Education OR have 5 years of infant experience in a licensed daycare facility Minimum of 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting, preferably with infants. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young children. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education. Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor are essential.
