Job Title: Workday Studio Integrations Lead/Manager

Role Proficiency:

Independently analyse and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. Design solutions under the supervision of an Architect along with managing a team

About the Role

We are seeking a Workday Studio Integrations Lead/Manager to be our go-to expert supporting implementation projects, client augmentation roles, and Application Management Services (AMS) across multiple regions. As a key member of our growing Workday practice at UST, you’ll collaborate with leadership, mentor junior team members, and bring your hands-on expertise in Workday Studio to drive successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support UST’s Workday integrations practice in India, including deployment, augmentation, and AMS services. Provide technical leadership with deep hands-on expertise in Workday Studio and related tools. Manage and mentor offshore teams, ensuring quality delivery and supporting their growth. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, support testing, and manage post-deployment activities. Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-priority technical issues. Assist with team recruitment and internal training content development. Act as a Workday SME in pre-sales engagements and internal product development initiatives. Leverage UST’s internal tools and accelerators for client delivery.

Requirements

6+ years of Workday or related HRMS/Finance integrations experience (deployment & post-production support). Strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies, including: Workday Studio (must-have) EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation Workday APIs, Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP) Experience in: EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net Workday Reporting and BIRT (hands-on or oversight) Proven track record managing and scaling offshore teams (India experience preferred). Strong client communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Integrations Certification (preferred, not required for all roles). Experience with Workday HCM or Financials functional areas. Prior experience at a certified Workday AMS partner. Involvement in pre-sales or solution architecture activities.

Responsible for others' developmental activities   Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.   Code debug test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.   Validate results with user representatives integrates and commissions the overall solution.   Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of time helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc…   Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams.   Set goals in NorthStar and timely. measure progress and update accordingly.

Interface with Customer:

Clarify requirements and provide guidance to development team Present design options to customers Implementation reviews with stakeholders. Work closely with customer architects to finalize design


Domain relevance:

Advise software developers on design and development of feature / component with deeper understanding of the business problem being addressed for the client. Learn more about the customer domain and identify opportunities to provide value additions to customers Complete relevant domain certifications


Manage/Mentoring Team:

Set goals and provide feedback Understand aspirations of team members and provide guidance

     Functional and technical designing on various ERP/CRM cloud platform features and automations.      Thorough knowledge of coding best practices; understanding the limitations of coding      Experience using data loading tools.      Experience on production deployment and solving deployment errors.      Knowledge of Agile Methods - Scrum and Kanban. Experience in integration with external systems using SOAP API REST API etc.
