Job description :

Lead technical delivery by interpreting design specs (HLD/LLD/SAD), coding robust solutions, and enforcing coding standards.

Debug, test, document, and communicate the progress of feature development and integration.

Lead defect RCA, monitor quality trends, and minimize post‑delivery defects.

Support project planning: break down stories, estimate effort, and assist PM in scheduling.

Set and review FAST goals for yourself and the team; mentor and upskill members, while managing engagement and retention.

Interface with customers: clarify requirements, present design options and demos, and contribute domain insights to add value
