Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Manual Test Lead

Experience Range:

 

7 to 10 years of total experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.

 

Hiring Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Trivandrum, Noida and Pune

Must Have Skills:

Manual Testing Expertise: Strong experience in manual testing of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) Ability to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts Data validation and testing across Salesforce modules Leadership & Management: Proven experience in leading manual testing teams Task assignment, workload management, and mentoring Ability to foster team collaboration and productivity Salesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities and data models Hands-on experience in analyzing business/technical requirements for testing Tool Proficiency: Bug tracking tools like Jira Test management tools Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction (written and verbal) Good email etiquette, defect reporting, and collaboration with BAs and developers Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Good to Have Skills:

Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader and Workbench Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification Test Automation Exposure: Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Provar, TOSCA, Katalon Understanding of automation potential in Salesforce testing

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and implement manual test strategies for Salesforce projects Define scope, objectives, and test timelines in coordination with project teams Lead the execution of test cases and oversee defect lifecycle management Ensure thorough test coverage based on business and technical requirements Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of manual testers Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment Track and report on testing progress, issues, and quality metrics Support UAT and ensure readiness for go-live
