Design, develop, and execute performance and load tests.
Monitor performance using observability tools.
Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure performance standards across delivery pipelines.
Mandatory Skills:Gatling: Advanced proficiency in performance test scripting and execution (Mandatory)
Datadog: Experience in performance monitoring and observability
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure (Mandatory)
Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency with GitLab or GitHub (Mandatory)
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams with tools like JIRA (Mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with additional performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust)
Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerized environments
Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation
Excellent communication and documentation skills
