We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Testing Lead to oversee end-to-end testing for Workday Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday Financials, including areas such as Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Expenses, Procurement, and Reporting. This role requires strong test management skills and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of Workday implementations or enhancements. Key Responsibilities Lead the test strategy, planning, design, execution, and reporting for all phases of Workday Finance module testing (Unit, SIT, E2E, UAT). Coordinate across functional and technical teams to gather test requirements and build robust test scenarios and scripts. Work closely with Workday implementation partners and internal stakeholders to validate configurations, integrations, and business processes. Own the defect lifecycle – triage, track, retest, and ensure timely resolution. Define test data requirements and work with relevant teams to ensure availability and readiness. Manage test environments and ensure system readiness for test cycles. Drive automation strategy for finance modules where applicable. Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and risk assessments to leadership. Ensure compliance with quality standards, audit requirements, and internal controls. Key Skills 7+ years relevant experience in Workday Financials testing. Strong understanding of key Workday Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
