Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled UI Developer with deep expertise in React, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+) to join our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building responsive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces, and experience working in Agile environments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop highly interactive and dynamic user interfaces using React and Redux.

Build reusable, modular, and maintainable components that support scalability.

Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver clean, functional, and responsive design implementations.

Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability across various devices and browsers.

Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs and performance issues.

Write robust unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest and Enzyme.

Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and consistency.

Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and advocate for continuous improvements.

Work within an Agile development environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Mandatory Technical Skillset

React: Strong hands-on experience with component-based architecture and React hooks.

Redux: In-depth knowledge of Redux for managing application state and middleware.

JavaScript (ES6+): Advanced knowledge including async/await, arrow functions, destructuring, and modules.

HTML5/CSS3: Proficiency in semantic markup, responsive design, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

RESTful APIs: Experience integrating front-end with APIs for dynamic data handling.

Version Control: Proficient with Git and working with repositories.

Testing: Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.

UI/UX Collaboration: Ability to work closely with design teams to translate designs into functional user interfaces.

Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments with modern development tools.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with React, Redux, and JavaScript.

Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to implement best practices.

Proven experience building cross-browser compatible and responsive web applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in production scenarios.
