Lead II - Software Engineering - ServiceNow – ITSM Specialist

Role: ServiceNow – ITSM Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute Workplace department requests, coordinating with operations teams.

Configure, customize, and maintain ITSM modules in ServiceNow (Service Catalog, Metrics, SLAs, Reports, Dashboards).

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows for performance tracking.

Support incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

Collaborate with teams for integrations, upgrades, and new module rollouts.

Requirements:

2+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong ITSM expertise.

Advanced knowledge of Service Catalog, Metrics, SLAs, Reports, Dashboards, and Development in ServiceNow.

Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred:

Programming knowledge in Python.

ServiceNow certifications and API integration experience.
