Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Backend Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on expertise in designing and building scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with US-based clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend services using Java.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

Work closely with frontend teams; familiarity with Angular is a plus.

Required Skills

8–10 years of strong backend development experience with Java, particularly with Spring and Spring Boot.

Proven experience in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.

Hands-on expertise in SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

Solid grasp of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and unit testing frameworks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable working directly with US-based clients.

Good to Have

Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular (not mandatory).

Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
