Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Config Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, particularly in configuration and integration development, and will be responsible for implementing solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring high quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain configurations within Guidewire ClaimCenter. Analyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality configuration solutions. Develop configuration components including PCFs, Gosu scripts, business rules, and data model changes. Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards are adhered to. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-performing solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues. Support performance tuning and optimization of Guidewire ClaimCenter applications. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

7 to 10 years of total IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration. Proficient in Gosu programming, Guidewire Studio, and ClaimCenter data model. Experience in PCF UI, business rules, plugins, workflows, and integration points. Good understanding of ClaimCenter lifecycle, claims management workflows, and related insurance domain knowledge. Exposure to web services (SOAP/REST) and integrations with external systems. Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

Guidewire certification in ClaimCenter. Experience in Agile methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
