Role: ETL Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned ETL Developer to join our team and support a high-impact data migration initiative. This role will involve designing and building scalable ETL pipelines, developing complex transformation logic in SQL and C#, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including analysts, QA, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in backend development, data integration, and performance tuning in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support large-scale data migration projects

Implement complex data transformation logic using SQL and C#

Analyze source and target systems to create effective data mapping and migration strategies

Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures

Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data quality and validation

Perform performance tuning of ETL pipelines and database operations

Work closely with analysts, QA engineers, and business teams to gather requirements and resolve issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in ETL development or backend software engineering

Strong hands-on expertise with SQL for profiling, transformations, and performance optimization

Proficiency in C# for building custom ETL components or scripting

Experience in data migration, data integration, or large-scale data processing projects

Familiarity with ETL tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or custom ETL frameworks
