Mandatory Skills:

Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, SageMaker, etc.)

Programming: Expert in Python

AI/ML/NLP:

Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools and frameworks (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers)

Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments

Architecture & Leadership:

Ability to design end-to-end cloud-based AI systems

Prior experience leading small to mid-sized AI/ML teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL frameworks

Knowledge of GCP or Azure is a plus

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML/NLP solutions on AWS

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams

Ensure scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure for AI projects

Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and best practices
