Job Title: Zuora Integration Specialist

Experience Range: 7-9 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Zuora Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Zuora and various enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess experience in subscription billing platforms, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions, and will have a proven track record in the successful implementation and management of integrations in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Zuora Implementation & Configuration:

Set up and configure Zuora products (Billing, Revenue, CPQ, Collect) to meet business requirements.

API Integration:

Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora and ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP).

Automation & Workflows:

Build custom workflows using Zuora Workflow, Custom Events, and REST APIs.

Data Migration & Synchronization:

Manage data imports, exports, and ensure accurate synchronization across systems.

Technical Support:

Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Business teams to streamline billing, payments, and revenue operations.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure integration solutions align with industry best practices and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

Required Skills & Qualifications: Must Have Skills:

Zuora API Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Zuora APIs (REST, SOAP).

iPaaS Tools:

Experience with iPaaS tools such as Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato.

Programming & Scripting:

Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js for custom scripting.

SQL & Data Transformation:

Strong experience in SQL and data transformation techniques.

Security & Authentication:

Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, SSO, and authentication protocols.

Good to Have Skills:

Zuora Certifications:

Zuora Admin, Billing, or Revenue Certification.

ERP/CRM Experience:

Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or other subscription management platforms.

SaaS or Subscription Business Models:

Understanding of financial processes like ASC 606 revenue recognition.
