Job Summary:
UST Global® is seeking a skilled Java Lead Developer to join a high-performing team in delivering enterprise-grade solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with microservices development using Spring Boot, and a strong understanding of modern cloud-based architectures, particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Collaborate with Product Owners to gather and clarify requirements.

Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Work closely with QA to support testing, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.

Drive agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features.

Mentor junior developers and manage backlog items effectively.

Interact with customers during technical discussions and product demos.

Required Skills:

Strong Java development background with hands-on Spring Boot and microservices.

Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms.

Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, Hibernate, SQL, and web technologies.

Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins).

Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalable architectures.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks.

Knowledge of design patterns, UML, and architectural best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools like JUnit.
