Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join the Risk and Information Management team. This role involves working on cutting-edge initiatives with a team of innovative developers, solving complex problems through scalable, well-designed software solutions. Candidates must be proficient in Java and Angular, with strong fundamentals in application design and implementation. Prior experience in finance or legal operations is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, efficient web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.

Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.

Attend Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Follow and advocate coding best practices, write unit tests, and ensure code quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Work with CI/CD tools and containerized deployment environments.

Contribute to squad responsibilities including occasional Scrum Master duties.

Must-Have Skills:

7–15 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, with strong Object-Oriented Programming and design pattern knowledge.

6–10 years of experience in frontend development using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, NodeJS.

Proficient in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring AOP).

Experience with test automation tools (both front-end and backend).

Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Shell Scripting.

Strong experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability tools.

Clear communication skills and experience working with global teams.

Good-to-Have / Desired Skills:

Strong database expertise: PL/SQL, query tuning, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

Camunda 7+ implementation experience.

Experience with OAuth2, OIDC, and security frameworks.

Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging middleware.

Exposure to rules engines like Drools.

Experience with component-based and layered architecture.

Python scripting knowledge.

Agile mindset with past experience working in a Scrum environment.

The applicant will be working with an energetic team of highly intellectual and creative developers who work on bleeding edge projects using a variety of different technologies. Daily responsibilities include, transforming requirements into code, attending scrum meetings, reporting on project status, and learning our in-house frameworks and best practices. Skills Required: • 7-15 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE. Should be able to write optimized, efficient, and clean code. • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in designing and creating web applications.
