Job Title: Senior React JS Developer/ UI Developer

Must-Have Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in UI engineering, with a focus on building web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. At least 5+ years of recent experience working with ReactJS frameworks. Strong expertise in front-end development with JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and CSS. Extensive experience with front-end development tools and libraries. Solid understanding of modern web architectures and asynchronous service-to-service communication. Ability to collaborate effectively with onshore teams, ensuring reasonable overlap time and participation in onshore calls. Demonstrated ability to step up and address challenges such as meeting deadlines and resolving critical production issues. Performance-driven and highly motivated to adopt new technologies and overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., GIT, Jenkins). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience working on highly scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems. Experience in maintaining and designing applications on AWS. Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus.
