Team Lead – Production Support with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to manage and support our critical healthcare applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in C .NET, Web API 2, MS SQL 2022, React.js, and Azure services, ensuring the stability and efficiency of production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Lead and manage the production support team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

-           Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while maintaining SLAs.

-           Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement permanent fixes.

-          Optimize and maintain Azure cloud services including Function Apps, Blobs, Storage Accounts, App Insights, Key Vaults, and Service Bus.

-          Work closely with development teams to implement improvements and streamline deployment processes.

-          Ensure database performance and integrity in MS SQL Server 2022.

-          Develop and enhance automation for recurring tasks to improve efficiency.

-           Establish and enforce best practices in monitoring, ing, and incident management.

-          Act as a point of contact for critical incidents and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure minimal downtime.

-          Document resolutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles for team reference.

Required Skills & Experience:

-          Strong expertise in C# .NET, Web API 2, and MS SQL Server 2022.

-          Experience with React.js for UI troubleshooting and support.

-          Hands-on experience with Azure services (Function Apps, Blobs, Storage Accounts, App Insights, Key Vaults, Service Bus, etc.).

-          Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in a production environment.

-          Experience with incident management, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and performance tuning.

-          Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide the team.

-          Healthcare domain experience (preferred) with an understanding of compliance requirements. - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.

-          Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
